VIDEO // A Week In Outfits

Just a little idea that I had as a lot of YouTubers do the same, and it means that you can get a peek into what I wear on an everyday basis.  To be fair this weeks outfits are pretty dull in my opinion, but I didn't have time to edit my February haul in time!  Be sure to leave some comments with your favourite outfit or pieces and thumbs up the video if you'd like me to make more!

I've felt a little down today, having a bit of a future crisis so editing some outfit photos is a nice way to distract myself!  I absolutely adore this velvet skirt, and think it brightens up an otherwise dark outfit and I love how the soft texture clashes with the speckled blazer.  For some reason, skirts have been a huge part of my autumn/winter outfits this year, pretty much cancelling out denim shorts, which is big, as they were all I ever used to wear!  I'm also a bit of a newbie to the whole blouse-under-jumper thing, but I like how the stripes add a subtle monochrome detail - definitely something I'm going to be wearing more often!

A sweet little summery outfit because my fashion rules are not restricted by seasons apparently.  I know pinafore dresses have kind of had their time but I loved this one so much I couldn't resist posting an outfit, especially with such a cute blouse underneath (I just wish I'd photographed it in more detail!).  I've been lusting after a pair of nude heels for so long as they're the best thing for making you look as if your legs are 8 feet long, so these ones from She Likes fit the bill perfectly - they make me look even more bambi-esque than usual!

Ooh look at me getting all autumnal and weather appropriate.  This jumper is going to be a huge part of my winter wardrobe as it's super warm and cosy and I can wear it with anything, even as a dress as it's so long!  This Marc B bag is also going to be permanently glued to my arm as it's the perfect size for everything I think I need to carry around with me, and it even comes with a shoulder strap for when it's all got too much and it feels like your arm is going to fall off.  Anyway I'm just typing out everything my brain is burbling out and probably isn't making much sense as I've been playing Animal Crossing all day and all I can think of is catching fish and how on earth I'm going to pay off my 200,000 house expansion loan..#animalcrossingproblems.  Anyway, if any of you guys have Animal Crossing feel free to tweet me your friend codes - mines already on my twitter!
