I always have the same problem when going out - I'm wearing a pretty outfit but I have to throw on a chunky jacket or coat that ruins it, which is why this sequin number is perfect!  I love how it looks with the galaxy print of the dress, and always, I had to finish off the outfit with some chunky boots.  These ones are from Ark and I talked about them a little in my latest haul video if you'd like to hear more about them.  I also think my jewellery deserves a special mention - my rings are from Rogue + Wolf and they are by far my favourite jewellery shop ever.  I discovered them at Pure London and their designs are so unique, I literally stood at the stall for 10 minutes gushing over all the designs, so I'm delighted to finally have some of my own!  I can't wait to show you the rest of my pieces so keep an eye out for future appearances!

As you're reading this I'm actually in London at the London Edge trade show, look at me scheduling posts like a good blogger!  Recently I've been loving outfits centred round floral prints with sheer tights, clunky boots and a leather jacket with the occasional hat.  Really simple to put together but in my opinion looks dressy without having to put too much effort in!  As I mentioned in one of my recent posts, dark florals are so0o0o on trend at the moment~ (no but srsly) and I can't get enough of it!

I feel as if I haven't posted a 'dressy' outfit post in a while!  Initially I was really torn between this one and the Una dress but I'm glad I chose this one as I love the cross straps at the front!  I wanted a kind of alien vibe for the outfit so went for straight hair, dark toned lips and green-tinted jewellery (notice the alien ring!?).  I love the colours in the galaxy as well as the cutout at the front and I can't wait to wear it out!  Ps, it's in the sale at the moment from £39 to £26 so go grab a bargain!
