THIS IS MY KINGDOM COME

Earring // Market stall
Skeleton hair clips* // Paccony
Studded shirt // Boohoo
Sweatshirt* // SheInside
Skirt* // Boohoo
Spiked Damsels // Jeffrey Campbell
Rings // Market, Love Clothing*, Regal Rose, markets
Nail stickers* // Skin Art

I don't think I was thinking straight when I ordered this top, in that I didn't really calculate in my brain that I'd be wearing a massive swear word emblazoned across my chest!  Nevertheless I think this sweatshirt from SheInside is totally rad, I was pleasantly surprised when I received it as I didn't know it had a print on the back too!  I'm loving the schoolgirl chic that's been brought about by Clueless trends recently so I based my look on that kind of thing, how'd I do? (:

Motel Rocks 90's Press Day

So the Motel Rocks 90's blogger party was on Wednesday, I'd been so excited about the event since I received my mixtape invitation and I met up with Leanne (whom I went to Missguided with) and Hannah before and walked into the Motel showroom which had been transformed into a typical 90's girls bedroom, complete with Polly Pockets, Dream Phone and even a lava lamp!  There were also a load of posters featuring 90's celebs like The Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears before she went a bit nuts!  I was greeted with a slushie, and later had a Hooch (which are so nice!) and there was some sushi to nibble on as well as sweets like flying saucers, sherbet and pop tarts.

There were a couple of different stations dotted around, including a Colour Xtreme stand where bloggers had their hair sprayed pretty colours, a Skin Art stand where I got a little glittery star on my face and other bloggers got temporary tattoos, then I got some henna done by Madina Henna Designs.  I've never had it done before but I love it so much, one of my friends actually thought I got a tattoo!

Anyway, onto the collection!  There were a few different themes running through the clothes, including cyber dreams, which included trippy monochrome prints and after dark which was decadent lace and heavy sequins.  There was also a ton of graphic prints revolving around a krishna theme which I loved, and even a dress with a pegasus on it!  Finally, it wouldn't have been a 90's themed press day without tie dye, and there certainly was rainbow colours galore!

After the Motel event I went to the AX Paris blogger party, but I'm going to post that separately as I don't want to overload you with photos!  Anyway, a massive thank you to Selina and the rest of the Motel Rocks team for organising such an awesome day, I had a blast and it's always nice to meet some new bloggers!
