Sunday Summary Week 117

I never really know what to write for these posts - mainly because I'm not actually that good at thinking about stuff then translating it to words, and most of the time I'm only half paying attention when writing so if I don't make a lot of sense, it's probably because I was catching up on watching YouTube videos at the same time as trying to type.  The only thing that really springs to mind about this week is the 30 Day Shred.  It has been my resolution as of a couple of weeks ago that I want to start a healthier lifestyle as all I really do now that I've finished college is laze around the house, and my body is paying the price.  I'm not someone to be all like 'ahh I'm so fat' but I'm very untoned and my metabolism is slowing unfortunately, I've always been told I won't be a naturally skinny minnie forever!  I'm now on day 9 of the shred so nearly onto the next level of workout and I'm still really motivated, I honestly didn't think I'd be able to make it a week!  If any of you guys are doing something similar, or have any workout tips I'd love for you to share them!

  2. I did the 30 day shred before going on holiday, I loved it and was really happy with the results! Although I wasn't the biggest fan of level 2, it does get better in level 3. Good luck with it! X

  4. where can I find out more about this shred?!

    I am on week 3 of the Insanity workout programme. The dvds are expensive but you can find them on ebay or find links online. It is very intense though but maybe something you could do 3 times a week rather than 6 (you dont need to lose any weight!!)
