So this Sunday Summary is another late one I'm afraid,  I've been away from home on the Trendvision hair tour since monday so again, I'm absolutely knackered!  Anyway, this Sunday Summary features the photos from my holiday in France in half term.  I stayed with my boyfriend and his family in their apartment in sunny Courchevel and I had an awesome time skiing.  If you're a follower of my twitter you may know that we had to stay there an extra day than planned as the car didn't start for us to go home!  I don't know the details of it but having it parked in the snowy cold, not using it for a week probably wasn't good for it, so I got up at 6am on Friday for nothing, pretty darn annoying!  However, thankfully the car was fixed and we were able to travel home on Saturday, which meant that I missed my shift at work but at least we weren't stuck out there for another week!  For now though, I've got a lot of coursework to catch up on, so wish me luck!

NAILS // Nude & Glitter

So I picked up this lovely multi-glitter nail varnish from Primark and I absolutely love it!  I wanted to keep things minimal so I painted on a pale nude-y pink base coat of OPI with the Primark glitter (both of which I don't have the name for!) and think it turned out really good, what do you think?

Boohoo #GlobalStyler

Okay so due to a little communication trouble I accidentally posted my #GlobalStyler look a week early (awkward) but oh well!  Basically Boohoo are holding a worldwide competition where all you have to do is take a picture of yourself wearing Boohoo and holding the #GlobalStyler speech bubble, which you can download from the site here but will also come with all Boohoo packages from this week onwards.  You then can upload the pictures to Instagram or Twitter and hashtag it with #GlobalStyler.  The winner will win a holiday for themself and a friend to a destination of your choice, how awesome is that?!  What's even better, is that if you're a blogger you will get £1000 worth of Boohoo vouchers to keep or giveaway to your readers! Best competition ever? I think so!

So this post is kind of two days late, my bad!  I'm in Courcheval, France at the moment so internet is very limited unfortunately.  It's day 3 and my legs are already absolutely knackered from skiing but the weather could not be better and the snow is nice and powdery.  I'm back on Friday so normal posts will resume from then but for now I'll try to schedule some for you!

I was meant to post this look on Valentines day (as I think it's all nice and Valentines-y) but I didn't have time unfortunately, but better late than never I guess!  I received this gorgeous dress from Motel Rocks and I'm head over heels in love with it.  It's totally on trend at the moment with everyone going crazy for monochrome and what's great about it is that I can wear it out or just as a day dress!  I wanted to accessorize simplistically, but with a splash of colour, so borrowed my mums Lulu Guinness lips clutch and think it goes so well, just wish I had one of my own!

I was contacted in January by the lovely Rosie (who has an awesome blog, by the way!) and was asked to be a part of the Boohoo #GlobalStyler campaign, to which I obviously said HELLZ YEAH! ..Anyway, I scoured the website and eventually chose the item I wanted to represent, and it is this gorgeous burgundy cord skater skirt, an excellent dupe of the (seriously overpriced) American Apparel circle skirts.  It fastens with a zip and popper at the side which I love and fits like a glove, as well as being really good quality, and for £18 where can you go wrong?  I teamed it with my favourite Brand New tee which I cut up a while ago, thinking I'd ruined it but actually I really like how it turned out, and my houndstooth coat from Mary Jane fashion which is right on trend for the monochrome styles due to be big this spring!  I'm keeping my eye out for a black fur stole as I think it would go really well with it to change it up.  I've not seen anyone elses #GlobalStyler look yet but I'm keeping an eye out, can't wait to see what items they chose to style up!
