Honestly I could have missed this Sunday Summary, because as of yesterday, I had no clue what day it was - a chilled holiday was definitely needed!  Today was spent at the beach; luckily this time I wasn't burnt to a crisp!  My pale skin has turned a normal colour, and now I'm actually starting to tan - huzzah!  Hope you're all good and having a nice Sunday, wherever you are!

Despite the fact I'm in sunny Spain, with palm trees, pools and beaches in abundance, I decided to opt for the corner of our villa to take these outfit photos, to keep with the colour scheme of the outfit.  This matching set from This Is A Love Song is so cute and perfect for day and night on my holiday.  I felt very Kayla in this get-up; I'll admit it's not my usual style, but black doesn't really go well with sunny climates (wore my Iron Maiden tee yesterday, nearly died from overheating) so my holiday wardrobe is actually quite colourful!  Unfortunately as my internet is terrible, and my grandparents aren't too camera-savvy, I probably won't be posting many ~profesh outfit shoots from my time here, but I'm always updating on Instagram!

I'm currently writing this from sunny España!  I've needed a summer holiday for a long time, it's been ages since I've had a proper tan.  Anyway - I'm very happy with life now, as festival season is officially upon us!  I kicked it off with Slam Dunk South on Sunday and had the best time - I've actually got a little low-down from me over on the Cheer Up blog, going up soon so make sure you keep an eye out!  I've got a vlog coming up from my time there too, and I'll be at a ton of other festivals this season, hopefully meaning that I'll have some killer content for you guys.  Stay tuned!!

Back today with another attempt at golden hour photography - I wanted to really capture the sparklyness of the leggings and the sunset light looked amazing reflecting off them.  These were actually custom made by the lovely people at Tirade 13, so they fit perfectly, to the centimetre!  I've wanted some holographic leggings for ages now, and these will definitely become a focal point of many outfits - the perfect way to add some sparkle while keeping it kinda casual.  They also have a ton of other colours and even do some awesome jumpsuits, but I thought I'd play it safe!

Tirade 13 are just one of the awesome brands over on Pretaportobello - a small family run business that started selling things from small fashion designers at London's markets, who have now become a huge online store.  I love supporting independent boutiques, and honestly couldn't believe that people went to the effort of making a custom pair of leggings just for me - so much more care goes into a single piece.  One thing I love about the site, is that you can actually haggle for some of the items, just like a market stall; such a clever USP, and great for saving some pennies!  There's also some gorge vintage items on there, and the prices are so affordable - definitely worth a browse!

Clearly the summery weather we've been having recently is starting to impact my fashion choices - I can't remember the last time I wore so much colour!  I mean obviously I've got to stay true and wear it with pretty much all black, but it's a start right?  I decided to add a couple more pops of colour, opting for orange lipstick instead of nude, and with the scarf on my shiny new handbag from Very Exclusive - my first Moschino piece, which I got pretty excited about!  It's the perfect size, and so easy to style up; plus the heart clasp is just too adorable.
This was the outfit I wore to a couple of press days the other week, unfortunately I forgot to bring my sheer tights with me, so picked some up from Primark in a rush, so excuse how cheap & crappy they look!  You can see some photos from the press days in my Sunday Summary, and there are more over on my Twitter & Facebook.  I've also taken it upon me to scout out a ton of rad crochet pieces in the 'shop the post' widget above, perfect for festival season - shop away!

Another outfit from my trip to Amsterdam today - really simple as I wanted to be comfortable and summery; thought I'd let the dress speak for itself!  We were in a rush so I didn't get to photograph what I wore over it (you'll see in the lookbook though!) and I apologise for the ridiculous hole in my tights - this was the first day we rented bikes, and I found out the hard way that they do not co-operate well!
