Please excuse how spacey I am in this video - I was ill when I filmed it so wasn't feeling too great!  I thought make a little extra effort for this video and film the items on me, not something I've done before and makes the whole process a lot longer, so thumbs up the video and let me know if you'd like me to do it for future hauls!

Sunday Summary Week 152

So last night I saw one of my all time favourite bands, Brand New.  I was absolutely ecstatic to see them as they pulled out of Reading Festival last year, and honestly I can't write out this post without almost exactly copying Lily's review.  Something didn't feel right after the gig and I was so disappointed they didn't play one of my favourite songs, Jude Law & a Semester abroad - I know they don't like that album but it would have been great for their fans if they'd have played it.  So after going home a little sad, reading Lily's post the next day literally put all my feelings into words - just felt so disconnected, and what's more I paid double the face value as I bought through a reseller!  I had anticipated the gig so much so that'll be a factor, but my boyfriend thought it was awesome, so maybe I'm just being picky!

As promised, here is look number one from my Urban Outfitters haul & lookbook video that I posted last week!  I'm very new to the whole wearing jeans thing, so as you can imagine, wearing mom jeans was a little out of my comfort zone - but I saw these on the UO website and they looked amazing on the model, so I just had to have them!  I'm very torn as to whether to keep them or not as I'm not sure if they suit me, so please leave your honest opinions below!

As you may be able to tell from the stamp on my hand, these photos were taken the morning after a night out - hence the sunglasses!  I actually took these while I was in Bournemouth at a little church, but unfortunately couldn't get any of the churchy bits in - so instead have a skanky brick wall.  The print on this tee is perfect for adding a splash of colour to an all black outfit, and it's super comfy so perfect for a hangover!  I feel as if I've been posting waaay too many hungover outfit posts recently; it's been a hectic few weeks but I now have tonsillitis so no drinking, let alone moving from my bed, for the next little while!

This week there weren't too many noteworthy events to be honest but I was lucky enough to do another shoot for Company Magazine for their High Street Edit which will be out at the end of May I believe, so keep your eyes peeled for my appearance!  I also went out on Saturday night to London for my friend Jess' birthday and it was a late/early one so still recovering from that, I'll update when I have something a little more interesting to post! <3
