I FELL IN LOVE AT THE SEASIDE

Sunglasses // Topshop (I think)
Top* // Trippy Tuesdays
Skirt // American Apparel
Inflatable backpack // eBay
Jelly Shoes // Juju

If you didn't already know, my friend Jess and I took a little road trip down to Bournemouth on saturday as her dad has a lovely apartment there.  We went out in the evening and sunbathed (very hungover) on the beach the next day.  These are the first outside outfit photos I've actually liked so I might start venturing outside more often!  This is just a really relaxed beach outfit so there aren't a lot of details (ie. jewellery) plus I'm totally hungover in the photos which is why I'm just kind of..standing there.  I wanted to go for a 90's look while keeping it simple and suitable for the beach, which is why I picked the crop top and skirt but added some jelly sandals and my inflatable backpack which I think is so cool!

I'M NOT YOUNG AND AFRAID

Jacket* // Freestyle Xtreme
Necklace // Primark
Top* // She Likes
Disco pants // American Apparel
Bracelet // eBay
Spiked Damsels // Jeffrey Campbell
Rings // Rachael Sudlow, Native Feathers*, eBay, Topman

I would usually wear a top like this with a skirt but I couldn't quite find one that matched and didn't want to pair it with the boohoo skirt I've featured in a few outfits.  I think it does look good with my disco pants though and absolutely love this Jack Daniels jacket!  I've not seen anything similar to it before and if you've been a follower of my blog for a while you'll know I absolutely adore anything with back detail!  I do like my disco pants with this outfit but as of recently I've been staying away from them.  Don't get me wrong, I love the shape and the quality is good but when I think about it, it's disappointing that I spent so much on them when the elastic is coming apart, and they've never fit me properly (too short and baggy ankles).  Why did I buy them before any dupes were available!? waaa

GHOSTS THAT WE KNEW

Ace of spades vest* // SinStar
Check shirt // Charity shop
Disco pants // American Apparel
Spike Damsels // Jeffrey Campbell
Necklaces // DIY, Regal Rose
Rings // Rachael Sudlow, market stalls, AOKO NY*

I've been so excited to post this look as it's the first of probably many outfits that feature my new Jeffrey Campbell spiked damsels!  I ordered them in the £30 Sole Trader boxing day sale and I absolutely love them.  I have a shoe unboxing filmed for you which I'll post asap but in the meantime you can drool over them in these photos.

I received this and one other tee (which I'll post real soon!) from SinStar Clothing, a brand that does clothes for both girls and boys and they do really cool prints, ranging from simple black and white to cosmic island prints in a range of different cuts, as well as some awesome jackets and maxi dresses!  I love the cut of this top, and it's long to covers my bum, which I like too!

WHISPERS IN THE DARK

Illuminati tee* // Missguided
LOVE belt // Urban Outfitters
Stripe skirt // American Apparel
Socks // Next
Chelsea boots // Deena & Ozzy
Necklace // Regal Rose
Feather earring // Etsy
Bracelets // Boyfriend & Market stall
Rings // Rachel Sudlow, market, DARKSIDE*, market

So I've been a little behind with outfit posts recently but I'm trying my best to catch up, it's just so difficult with it being winter, as when I leave in the morning it's dark and when I arrive home it's dark, so I can't take any photos that don't look atrocious.  Anyway, I was over the moon to be gifted this tee from Missguided as I've loved their stuff for a long time now and after seeing their Christmas advert I literally want everything from their site!  I got this skirt from the American Apparel flea market (haul post here) and it was such a bargain considering how much it is usually and I love the fit and shape of it, and even though high socks are a little unrealistic with the wintery weather at the moment, I couldn't resist!

October Haul // American Apparel, UO, JC & Ebay

Moroccan Oil // Birthday gift
90's crop top // American Apparel £8
Stripe skirt // American Apparel £16
Antilife 'Muawi Wow' Tank // Birthday gift
Star Cross'd Lovers tee // UO £14
Surprise to be revealed in a future post!

Just a little haul from this month, I actually made a video featuring more stuff that I've bought since I took these pictures (oopsy!) today so I'll upload that soon! I also have a shoe unboxing for the above Jeffrey Campbells so look forward to that! I went to the American Apparel flea market sale which is how I got the top and skirt so cheap.  Unfortunately the top has a tiny moth hole right in the middle of it which is pretty annoying, should have checked more thoroughly before buying!  Anyway, I'd love to know what you think of my buys, you excited to see my Campbells? (;
