So at the moment Boohoo are running a campaign at the moment where if you tweet a DIY that you've done with the hashtags #BoohooDIY and #BoohooSWAG you're in for a chance of winning two Parklife Festival tickets! I was sent a little kit with a selection of studs, gems, glitter paint and glue as well as a basic charcoal tee so I went a little nuts with the glue and gems! I was originally going to glue on a gem kind of 'bib' and had it laid out until my mum suggested I stick them on the sleeves. I was skeptical at first but I laid out the gems and thought it looked great! I haven't seen anything similar to it before and when wearing the top you can hardly feel that they're there. As you can see from the photos, I laid the gems symmetrically but that's just because I'm a little OCD, I think it would also look awesome if they were sporadically placed, and if I had more gems I would definitely have covered the whole sleeve!
