I did feature it the other day in a mini haul-esque post here and in my haul video here. It's from a brand new online store called Crow Wear which I strongly urge you to check out! I really love this skirt too, it's from Topshop and is really flattering, and literally goes with everything and the belt is similar to one that Sabo Skirt were selling a little while ago. I nearly bought it from there but looked it up on ebay and it was a lot cheaper! I couldn't find a link for it unfortunately! ):
