The first proper post for a long while - I've been severley neglecting my little blog, sorry!  The past three weeks have been non-stop hecticity and I'm now finally at the point where I can see it calming down a little, which is how I'm writing this now!  

I actually shot this outfit yonks ago, but have only got round to posting it now as I've finally had the time to sit down and edit - it features my cat tapestry dress from Glitters For Dinner that I completely fell in love with when it arrived in the post as a little surprise!  I went for simple, girly styling with my pork pie hat & mary janes and (once again) attempted and slightly failed at golden hour photography.  It's difficult to master with so much green everywhere, damn you Hampshire with all your luscious greenery!

Back again with another sporadic post when I should be packing up the last of my stuff. My room is all blank and sad looking and I'm really not looking forward to leaving this house - I've lived here for the best part of 12 years and have so many memories here! 

These photos were actually taken round the side of a skanky chinese restaurant while scouting for outfit locations, I thought the mint went perfectly! I did get very odd stares from the chefs on their fag breaks but I've learnt to not care about what people think with the amount of outfit photos I take in public!

A very simple outfit today but I thought I'd let the dress speak for itself as it's so cool! I'm really into moons and constellations etc at the moment so this dress came into my life at the perfect time.  While I'm here I'd also like to apologise for the lack of daily posting and also for neglecting my YouTube channel - I've been so busy with a new job and moving house that I've been struggling to get anything done.  Hopefully regular posting will resume shortly!

I tried out shooting in a different place for this set and I'm pretty happy with how the photos turned out!   A little while ago Urban Outfitters got in contact and asked me to style up a festival outfit so of course I couldn't refuse!  I actually wore this to Camden Rocks back in May but didn't have the chance to take photos, so am a little late posting!  I was so stoked to receive these shorts as UNIF are one of my all-time favourite brands but I've never bought anything from them - and so the collection begins.. (sorry bank balance!).

If you follow my Instagram you'll know that I've recently re-pinked my hair but because this is an older photo set it's more of a coral colour, and I think it looks great next to the bright blues and greens in this outfit!  These jeans (although a little short) really make me feel super mermaid-y so I thought I'd keep it simple and throw on a ton of jewellery for an understated but glitzy look - Ashish style on a budget!
