My first outfit post since the whole laptop scenario!  I took it into the Apple store today and found out it'll be £500 to replace it which is not the best thing to hear.  On the bright side, I managed to remove the hard drive myself and make it into an external hard drive with some kind of case thing - so I got my files back yay!  Anyway I'm blabbing, I love this cut out skull top, it's so0o0o tumblr~ haha I'm kidding, but it is such a cool twist to a basic, and I think it goes great with these mermaid leggings.  I was a little disappointed that they weren't iridescent awesomeness like the Black Milk ones, but I still like them and they fit great!
ps. Any to of you that watch The Great British Bakeoff, so sad Ali didn't get through!

This dress from Oh My Love has definitely got to be my favourite dress at the moment.  I've never seen anything like it, with the quirky cut-outs and wave-textured material, it kind of reminds me of an oil slick.  The name of the dress is 'Rita' and if they mean Rita Ora, then they've managed to transform her awesomeness into a dress perfectly!  I accessorised with simple jewellery (less is more dah-link) and think this fishbone necklace from Delilah Dust goes so nicely, it'll definitely be a necklace I get a lot of wear out of, and I think it's so unique too.  I also think the cut-outs of the dress looks kind of like a skull, with my studded belt being the teeth, then the cut-outs being eyes and nose..anyone else see it? Just me?

This is also the debut of my new block fringe on my blog!  I got it cut in for a photoshoot and although it's a lot shorter than I would like it's growing on me (literally..haha!) but I'm going to grow it out into a side fringe like I used to have as I feel it makes me look a lot younger, which I don't really like!

So I may or may not have an obsession with tartan at the moment.  I've acquired about 4 items of clothing bought within the past couple of weeks that are all tartan and this skirt above is one of them.  I picked it up in the topshop sale - it was the only one in my size and reduced to £15, so I bought it even though it was still on the pricey side in my opinion, but it was FATE I tell you, and it looks totally awesome with this slightly see-through cropped jumper from Hedonia.  I love the dip hem and zip detailing on the shoulder as well as the fact that the sleeves are actually the perfect length for my gangly arms and to top it all off - it was £50 and is now £12.50 so this is your opportunity to snag a bargain!
